So my 2018 Porsche Cayenne has been making this weird clicking noise from the rear suspension whenever I go over bumps, and I know these cars have complex air suspension systems that need proper attention from people who actually understand them. I live out near the Shabiya area and honestly I've been putting off getting it looked at because I'm just so tired of the whole trial and error process of finding a decent workshop that doesn't mess you around or try to overcharge you for stuff you don't need. I've had a few bad experiences in the past with places that claimed they could work on European cars but then clearly didn't have a clue what they were doing, and I really don't want to go through that again with this car because Porsches are expensive enough to maintain without adding incompetent mechanics into the mix. Someone at the gym mentioned a place that offers Exotic Auto Services quality vehicle care in Musaffah Shabiya and said they do pretty good work on luxury cars, but I'm always a bit cautious about recommendations from people I don't know that well. I'm not the kind of person who knows much about cars technically so I really need somewhere that's honest and transparent about what needs doing and won't try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Has anyone here used this place for their Porsche or can recommend any other workshops around Shabiya that actually know what they're doing with these German cars? I'd really appreciate any advice because I need to get this suspension noise sorted before it turns into something more serious honestly.
